Returns may be accepted for unopened and unused products within the return period.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us and we will review the case and help arrange a solution.
How do I request a return?

Our full return policy will be confirmed before the official launch and before any customer places an order.
