Where will orders ship from?
Sōma will fulfil its orders from Spain.
Which countries will you ship to?
At launch, we expect to focus on Spain and selected European markets. Additional countries may be added progressively.
When will my order ship?
Shipping times will be confirmed before the official launch. If any product is offered as a pre-order, estimated delivery dates will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Will shipping be free?
We may offer free shipping above a minimum order value during launch. Final shipping conditions will be confirmed before orders open.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once orders are shipped, customers should receive tracking details by email.
Can I return my order?
Returns may be accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within the applicable return period.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot usually be returned unless the product is faulty or there was an issue with the order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us and we will review the case and help arrange a solution.
How do I request a return?
Please contact us at hello@somaatelier.com with your order number and reason for return.
When will the final return policy be confirmed?
Our full return policy will be confirmed before the official launch and before any customer places an order.
